Well it's pretty much my first alteration.

Compared to other ones, its quite crap :P

It was made all on paint.

Also I made mine on paint (Referr to my DP) & I don't think mine is crap... mspaint.exe is a very good program & the most complex of alts can be made on it, Also I don't think your alt is crap but it would of been better if you had not of zoomed in soo far.

Yes, I notice that many new and upcoming alteration artists strive for the cheap comments to make them feel as though they have created something rather spectacular when their true output can often be considered inferior to most, the other cheap attempt for for falsified and/or embellished complements where people often lower their standards to make the artist feel more skilful and experienced result from alts in which the artist claims it to be their first alt, but ether way in all honesty I believe it is merely a form of attention seeking which is obviously quite pathetic.

Has this idea of attention seeking came from the fact that she's self criticised her own work before posting it. She has a right to post her own work, for whatever reason, and to criticise it in her own way. To be honest there are a lot of people's alts on this forum which are 1000x better than hers, but that doesn't mean shouldn't post because she thinks hers is crap. Also she hasn't said anything about paint other than she's used it to make the alt, there is no insinuation that the program is crap hence why her alt is crap.

On Topic: Firstly, remember to save it as .png instead of .jpeg, it keeps the alt looking professional and retains clean detail, and don’t enlarge it, we can see the detail just fine when it’s normal size. Also there are too many black lines which could be shaded and the triangle bit on the jacket isn't isometric, the top part is just a straight line instead of being at an angle. The colours look a bit too bright and the shading is off, also the jacket doesn't relate to the actual jacket in terms of shape and design etc.

Yes Fab reccomend you follow Rasputen's comments & I am sure once everything is fixed up you will have a fairly good alt :).

Actually, I said compared to other alterations it was crap.
I thought it was alright, being a first alt. I'm not an attention seeker. Obviously you are, as you're trying to pay me out so other people agree with you.
