All I can say is it doesn't make me want to hire you. The design is very, very basic and couldn't have taken more than a few minutes to design.

I like the main content box, but everything inside it is horrid. For instance, the underlines of the headings are wayyy too heavy. The navigation is terrible too. I think you could have spent more time on this.

because his website is the first design you see. If its poorly done then it doesnt put much faith in you, nor does it make you want to click their portfolio.

Thats what I like to see.Yeah that and also some animated gif's, bit of Word Art for the banner along with the font asComic Sans. To attract peoples attention, I recommend some flashing text which scrolls quickly across the top. Usually goes down nicely.

I agree, it's getting a bit of an understatement for what is quite a nice little site. It may not be perfect, but there's some nice CSS3 properties in there, and the background is quite nice too.

I think it's really quite a crafty little portfolio, and there's always improvement as you clearly know, so good luck.
