Would this Desktop PC specs be good enough to play COD4 or GTA 4(On low settings if I have too) and games like that.
I couldn't get the specs exactly but the name was like.
Pent64 Dual Core E2180 4GB/250GB & nVidia 512MB XLgt, but w/ a nVidia 7900 (but can upgrade to much higher).
I really don't know much about it but if you could get what you need from that short description then tell me, that would be greatful, thanks.

short but sweet; yes.
Yeah looks wicked, although it never hurts if you have the spare money to upgrade a graphics card for the little bit extra experience.

Processor and graphics card suck. Probably struggle with GTAIV.

Should play COD4 fine and GTA4 on very low settings but I'd seriously suggest an upgrade of the graphics card to play GTA4, however you would get away with it.

I'd upgrade the graphics card, and the processor to at least a Core 2 Duo, or even a Quad.

Do you think it's possible to get a good gaming laptop for £500-600 or under?
Put Desktop PC's out of the window for this moment, don't merge the idea with this post, just focus on the 'laptop' part :P

Its possible, alright. My own HP dv6-1210sa (£479) is quite good at gaming, with an ATI Mobility HD 4530 (512Mb dedicated RAM), 250Gb HDD, 3Gb RAM and a very good AMD QL-65 Dual Core. Couple that to the 15.6" HD screen, and you've got a decent gaming machine that will run The Sims 3 on nearly high settings, and should run GTA4 on decent settings, and COD4 will run quite well too.
Better still, you could get the dv6-1215sa for £549, which has an RM-74 dual core processor (about 0.1Ghz more), Bluetooth, a 320Gb HDD, and 4Gb of RAM.

Just looked at the specs of the dv6-1215sa and it looks awesome. So yeah that wouldn't be a bad choice at all.

I'd just like to add an additional point too. If you don't like gaming on a laptop screen and would rather use a monitor, the dv6-1210 AND 1215 have HDMI ports, and are capable of 1080p when linked into a 1080p source (monitor, or a TV). I use mine on our 37" Full HD TV, and the picture is immense.
Although you FPS will be rather low considering the graphics card in the laptop aint excally the most powerful card in the world and you're playing it at a very high resolution.

On a certain graphics-intensive 3D car game I go on, I get around 30-40fps using the laptop screen. It's about 32 on the big screen. It's not that bad on the TV screen, and the picture is immense.
