Comments please. I know it needs a little work, specifically on his clothes and the saber hilt.

The hand seems to change color half way through... It doesn't really look that much like a light sabre so maybe you should work on the form a little - it's a light
source in itself too so you could even shade the guys clothes as if the sabre is shining onto them.

The animation itself is quite choppy and slightly slow. I wouldn't want a light sabre like that if I was about to fight Jabba the Hutt or whoever the hell the bad guy is, he'd have me dead before my light sabre had even half extended. Speed it up a little ;)

bad shading and slow. Learn to actually make a decent image before animating it please. Take all of the things above into account.

There are quite a few white bits that shouldn't be there and the animation is too slow, also, a lightsaber doesn't grow like that, the tip comes out first and extends as the rest of the saber comes out.

Oh Got ya, I'm noty sure it changes colour, it looks like the Dark shade and light shade get switched around.
