Should/are tractors rare?

I cant find any tractors anymore on habbo, should it be a super? Ive collected about 8 or 9 tractors and trying to buy as much as possible, more and more peope are hanging onto them etc so would anyone able to shed some light on this?

There are a few more out there i have seen i think they might be like rare but not "rare" if u get me. Like people want them as collection :P

They can never be super rares, unless all were deleted from hotel and then more were given out. They will be on sale again, no doubt.
