Rite, I'm new to all this, I currently use NZBMATRIX to download my NZBs, (don't flame, they're free and not bad for my first NZB search engine) ~ However, lately my NZBs haven't been downloading, I get this error; 'WARNING [decoder] <Article: [email protected], bytes=396468, partnum=84, art_id=None> => missing from all servers, discarding' - what does it mean? (I use SABnzbd) I don't pay for a server, I just use news.virginmedia.com, and have never had this problem before? this happens with all NZBs that I download? :S

And I'm also looking at pricing up how much it would cost for a decent NZB server (whatever they're called, I'm new to this, yes you can call me a noob if you want) ~ what are the best ones? I haven't got a clue? I don't want to spend loads, as it's only for occasional use... soo... yes, that's it... lmao.

Most likely Virgin Media don't allow access to alt.* newsgroups which contain binaries due to the legality of most of the content in the newsgroups and the massive amount of bandwidth required.

For a usenet provider i'd recommend astrawebs.

it worked before, i was using it for ages... :/

anyway... how much is astrawebs? would they provide an NZB database of would I just continue to use my current provider? along with the astrawebs server/usenet?
