It may be a glitch that gives you someone else's motto. Used to happen to me.

Motto glitch. But when I had it, it also changed the habbos head to some noobs. I really got scared and I got hacked lol

i remeber when somthign liek this happened i ended up having the motto of some casino owner and face as well i was like wth ??? then loaded a room and it vanished i was thank good

haha me too.. the worst part was it happened on Halloween in 2007 >.<
I received a spiderweb in a pressent too and when i opened it i got errored? straight after the glitch *SpOoKeH* ;D
