While I don't own a vB license it seems to me from a quick look at the website that is screws over current vB license holders quite badly? (Lol, like the way it says that while they will provide security updates for 3.8 but some of those updates may require you to update to vB4 which will cost you >.>)

Excellent, they have now dug their own grave and with the vBulletin 4 template and the licensing they will be sealing it themselves too! Very good news all around.

Yup Vbulletin have stuffed them self's up.

IPB on the other hand there sales are up a lot. i know of a number of people who have moved over to them and there's a lot of topics over there asking pre-sales stuff.
