I got a new laptop at the weekend so im thinking about selling my Desktop pc,
Dont really know what it will be worth since its 2nd hand.

If anyone can give me a prize range that will help.

The computer is a Acer Aspire L3600, and a 19" Monitor.
Only thing is the disk drive is broke so that will lower it abit.

Specs are: http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xPF-Acer-ACER-ASPIRE-L3600-ASPIRE-L3600

Thanks for anyone who can give me an estimate on my much i can sell it for.

For those who can't be bothered to click the link:

1GB RAM
2Ghz Core 2 Duo
Vista Home Premium
250GB HDD
DVD R/W

Those specs with Vista... Idk £100 if you're pushing it? I wouldn't pay more for it, especially with the broke disk drive. Maybe an extra £70 for the monitor.

You never pay a decent price for anything (In terms of the seller) lol :P

I would give under 100 as the main selling point is ruined.

If you bought it to UPGRADE it then it says max supported ram is just 2GB

That ruins the price imo.

You're clearly not the target market! It's aimed at people who just want a machine for web surfing and word processing and maybe to use it as a media centre machine in a living room. It certainly isn't designed to be upgraded and fiddled about with by enthusiasts!

I only bought it for basic use, don't suppose anyone on here would be interested in buying it ;)

I might be intrested but I wouldnt be willing to offer that much as I'll have to upgrade the ram :/

How are you looking for including the monitor?

And what is wrong with the disc drive?

I was thinking about £200 but it seems like its worse less than that, so if you want to give me an offer.

Also with the disk drive, In device management the disk seems to be fine and is updated, in my computer it shows the disk drive icon. But when you put a cd in nothing happens.

Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E4700
RAM - 2GB DDRII RAM
Hard Drive - 320 GB
Optical Drive - Slot-In DVD±RW
Graphics Card - Intel G33/G31 Shared Memory
Networking - 10/100/1000 Mbps
Operating System - Vista Home Premium
Operating System - 3 Month Warranty
Includes 19 Inch Monitor

You are right about 200 pounds being far overpriced. The spec above, for the same pc (just differnt spec) is just 321 pounds NEW. Your one is sadly less than that in most cases.

The most i'd pay is 70-90£ because part of it is broken. Which is gunna make it harder too sell.

You have to understand that the value of computer/computer components devalue at a very sharp rate.

£80 would probably be my top offer as I've just spent loads in the past month and I don't really need it that much at the minute.

If you did buy it for £80 how would you get the pc?
It is a pretty good pc for just website browsing and online games.

70-90 would probabaly be the right for just the base unit, with the screen maybe 120 or so.

May get lucky and find someone who'll pay more tho

EDIT: noticed this has already been done - disregard.
