So I checked the VIP Hills group and saw that I won the Hollywood Hideout room competition. I went onto Habbo and looked in my hand for the prize.. NOTHING :rolleyes: I don't have any presents.. and I am not sure why I haven't received it.. I checked my HC and I do have an extra month of HC... BUT I heard from my friends who have also won the competition that they received Choco ICM and NOT one of the five supers.. I am quite upset.. because:

1) I never received my prize
2) Habbo never gave out the correct prize which they said they were going to

So.. what shall I do since I haven't received my prize.. I don't have ludus or Lost_Witness on my list.. I only have Bucho and Looshkin!, but I don't think they will be able to help me in this situation.. Help me out please!

Use The Habbo Help Tool.

They will then check if they gave prize or not, And e-mail you back.

I didn't know if my best bet was to use the HHT or to try and get Lost_Witness or ludus to accept my friends request so I can minimail them.. or else if someone can minimail them for me who have them on their list

Well i sent all Staff members on my List a MiniMail and none of them replied. So Might aswell use the HHT. That is what it's there for.

Ludus normally replies, I had him on my list and spoke to him regular untill he became AHM.

I have used the HHT and haven't received a reply yet.. but I'm sure they will e-mail me back Monday or Tuesday. I also mini mailed Bucho6 and Looshkin! (Since they are the only staff on my list) and I told them about it.. they just said to use the HHT.. So.. I will have to wait and see!

at the end of the day, the terms and conditions are allowed to be changed at ANY time for any reason. It states this in the T&C for Habbo. But yeah, email them

I didn't get my wacky weekends prize, which I was supposed to receive on the 8th October. So I emailed Habbo via the HHT and then Ocra told management, then they gave out the badges. Then on friday, I emailed them again, about no prizes and I'm awaiting reply.

So, I'd say it's worth using the HHT like I did :) And they probably changed the prizes as they chose more than 5 winners - but still, they could have given other items, or two of each item.
