On the post, it gives the links to rooms, basically go into all of the rooms, listen to the Bots and what they have to say, Use them to cross off suspects.

You're supposed to work it out from the clues the bot in the forensic lab gives you (have to go through the police headquaters room)
but I'm not sure who it was, sorry.
