Too early to tell.

Saying that it's pretty obvious:

Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U.

Liverpool don't really have a chance this season, Man City are doing well but I don't think they will win it, Spurs are the same as City, Everton and Villa won't win it.

A better question will be who will get a top 4 place as that is quite open.
