Gold Screen:
- Katweazel sold to Document for just under a T (not sure exact)
- I then bough off Document for T 25HC
- And another from Mc_Stickie at 1T today
As far as I know, this is the only movement of Gold Orientals on the hotel, as most are majority owned or in use (such as Detroxx's furni museum)
I'd say a value of around 1T is realistic for this.
Pear Tree
Such a shame to see this struggling to sell at 60, but I've seen a couple people selling with no offers anywhere near that mark, more like 45-50.
I eventually sold mine for 45HC to G@ld yesterday.
The value seems a little high for the Pear, people seem to not want to pay more than 50HC max.
Throne
Like many people have said, 93HC seems to be the tipping point to make sellers part with their T, I bought at 93HC yesterday along with many others, it was a struggle to convince people to sell!
