I've been looking for a laptop for mainly just browsing the internet and I would be getting the new Footy Manager, is this laptop any good for it?

No.

Studio 15 has a T4200 Processor, which is only 2.0GHz. Required is 3.0GHz or more.

T4200 is a 2.0Ghz Dual Core Pentium - so it's better than a 3.0Ghz Pentium 4

I'm not sure the graphics card will take Football Manager..

It's mainly a text-only game with the option of having simple 2d match graphics. Should be fine.

If I can run the FM manager on my laptop then you will definately run it on that one. (I have a 1.8ghz processor and 2gb ram and built in graphics)

Ah ok, I always thought it was some proper game.

It is, but it doesn't really cause any strain at all. This was FM09 though, I think FM10 is out now.
