Must live in USA (So we have an admin to host events, get members and be online differently to me.)
Must know the admincp and modcp, and the ability to try out a new panel (HmodCP)
Must be 15 or 15+
Can host events

No offence mate, but if I was you, I would lower your age limit because some people are young because I know a lot of coders/designers and vbulletin, admins and mods that are above 11+.

I know a few 11 year old coders. Admittedly some of them suck, but some are quite good.
