Ive got one

There was a Crime Investigation Scene and the rope was 18 feet up form the groundand the man was hanging from it, there was no way the man could of got up there. There was a puddle of water on the floor though. How did he get up there?

AAAAHHHHHHH TO MANY RIDDLES. MY BRAINS HURTING.

The Puddle One is . . . . The man was on a block of ice and he used this to stand on and then it melted :D edit: beaten to it by Squirted
