Thirdly: This thread was beginning to turn into a 'moan about the moderators' when this is not the time nor place.
Fourthly: The user has said they are not actually going to leave.
Finally: I think closing this thread is a good idea as its benefitting nobody and the way it is beginning to lean people are gonna get into trouble. Thanks.



Yeah, it's been a long time coming. I suppose I'll endulge into the story.

There once was a little boy. LOL no jk. Anyways, I'm sure you all saw that iadam flame thread >:P After that, I was getting constant Pm's and cautions from invincible that were continually removed by the FM. Anyways, I reported it via the right forum, and as always, nothing gets done about it :P So then, I guess saying 'Whatever you say, Big Man' is considered extremely rude to Habbox staff, and I get a caution from Jin. Now I have nothing yeah nevermind. Jin has had a grudge against me for about 8 months, because the servers that he supposedly knew how to ran threw me a IP ban, and even though Jin agreed that it wasn't needed, he couldn't figure out how to fix it, and I chewed his ass over it. Well, then he gets co-owner and LOL he can do whatever the hell he wants to me. Still have yet to see ANY proof on it :P

Besides that, I'm getting PMs from invincible (I'd copy them here but I can't view my inbox :rolleyes:) saying rude things like 'Grow up', and after asking him not to PM me about something again 'You don't tell me what to do, you are nothing.' Well, I guess SMODs can be rude and get nothing done about it, but when regular users are 'somewhat rude' they get cautioned and banned.

Anyways I'm just sick of all the :rude: in the higher ups. With the exception of Matt, Sam, Nvr, and Yoshi. They all sick together, if one man gets hurt the rest go after the attacker, you know? Nothing will be changed, because that's just how it is. Oh well.

I'll still be posting regularly in the Cool Rooms thread, after my caution is ended of course. But besides that, I won't be on HXF anymore. I'll still be on Habbo atleast once or twice a day to continue to make rooms, so if you ever want to talk to me you can reach me there.

Was fun while it lasted :P

Oh yeah, I probably would've got Competition Trialist, but seeing as I'm cautioned and can't read my PMs :rolleyes:. I would've had Event Trialist too, but Roxy found 2 (OMG 2) out of 1900 posts offensive, so that went away too. The only thing I'm somewhat looking forward to is maybe winning that blog competition ;)

Laggings, what I'm saying is you're saying "I'm cautioned and i've done nothing in the past 24 hours" yet when Management get involved in things it takes longer. So say if you break a rule, a super moderator gets a report and deals with it within an hour. But if its Management that has to deal with it it takes a lot longer.

It's hard to put into words but i'm trying to explain it to you as clearly as possible.

Your show here isn't going to help you with things it could just make it worse so I don't see why you won't accept your punishment from Jin and move on like most other people do.

I don't want to start anything here but you aren't a huge rule breaker you just reply to moderators PMs in the wrong way. And it's not just me.

Maybe if you didn't do that then the caution part wouldn't come, but I don't know why you were cautioned so I can't say anymore.

The rules are subject to moderators discretion. They can't cover everything. Particularly the pointless post rule but that's under scrutiny by Jin/Nvr/Matt.

If you believe something is unfair there is a thread for warnings/infractions and if there is a problem with a PM sent by a Moderator then a Super Moderator would be happy to deal with it and if it's a Super Moderator then MattGarner is happy to deal with it. However, only if these lines are followed correctly will results emerge.

Well to be honest I have no problem with a user that I've PM'd about a rule break replying to me asking for clarification as long as the user isnt rude or aggressive. I'm sure the other mods are the same.

THERES NO NEED TO WORRY. Are you an idiot or do you have problems understanding english? I just said, "Evidence presented to me" so erm YAH THERES PROOF.

The complaints came from the moderators, they understand the reasoning behind evidence. For once I didn't even have to collect the evidence myself they did it all for me.

THERE WAS SO MUCH EVIDENCE THAT IT COULDN'T FIT INTO ONE PM! IT EXCEEDED A 15000 CHARACTER LIMIT!

Yet again Laggings can't accept responsibility for his own actions and throws a little hissy like the infant he is. Good riddance I say. :rolleyes:
