The truth is that Habbo staff dont really care if you get hacked or anything cause all they care about is money rather than secruity. It been like 5 days since the hacking been happering and habbo is yet to do anything about it. It wasnt even mentioned in the newsie ffs. They propley like it when you get hacked cause you propley make a new accout and spend tons of money on that accout. They also dont have a fast reaction time to your alerts cause when you alert them it take them like over a hour to come and they have like over 200 hobbas propley who just like to ban people for no reason to make them look good and make them look like there doing work. They also say to us to keep our password safe when there habbo staff and hobbas cant even keep there password safe and accept programs with keylog in them.

alot of it true all sulake and Callie and the rest of them care about is ur money and the do these comps and stuff just to get ur money,even on funky friday u hav to pay,thats y I only enter the comps that don cost anything and don really buy that many credits...

What's true is they don't care and the reaction times
Say someone has you logged and you are about to get the account stolen, if you call for help for a safety ban by the time they get there the accounts gone.

Very true cause i was hacked b4 and went on another accout and tryed to get hobba to safety ban it but by the time he done it all my stuff was gone. Habbo staff are just rubbish

No because all they care about is money, not how to make it sustainable. That's why it may fail in a few years time when programs that do scripting and hacking/exploiting become hi-tech and can easily destroy our dump of a hotel.

There is a truth in everything and here we have lots of speculation and testimonials, obviously as you can tell through this forum there are alot of unsatisfied users and *CUSTOMERS*. But like you say we will all have our own speculations and opinions on this company.

Habbo's customer service is non existent.
*Call-for-help results in them telling you to email Habbo
*Email Habbo and you wont get a reply
*Ring Habbo and they will hang up on you

Now since everyone is making light work of this 'Habbo = business' thing why can't we be dissapointed in Habbo as a business solely? I've said it before and I'll say it again, service wise, Habbo is right at the bottom. I don't anyone here can really argue with that.

They pretty much throw you into a revolving door when you request assistance, just like you say they tell you to email and when you do they don reply, you call them and can never get an answer. Any respectable business should have easy access to live agents with whom can assist with any issues..

If you are in UK and you know a programme on BBC tv called Watchdog you can email them and complain about Habbo. After investigation they send letter to habbo what they going to do about it and we getting, maybe, a satisfactory answer through the television :) But takes more than one person to complain so Habbo gets bad review in their programme. Search Watchdog and go to their homepage for details what its about. Basically is like consumers rights complains. I thought to involve other channels but i dont want to spend any more money than i have spend for habbo. Something has to be done so we get their attention.

We talking for real money that habbo taken from us and because of their security systems we lost our fun and we going to ur locked rooms scared of errorers and scripters and hiding our furni in case the hackers take shine of them and we get hacked. This is not fun anymore and the only reason I still visit habbo is because I want justice to be done and the hackers and scripters to be gone.

I believe with erroring they could have just made the photos untradeable like pets and presents so we dont get errors every minute. I m sure if they hire some professional programmers they can also sort out their security, they can afford it instead of paying staff that can't even be bothered answer our phone calls or our emails. Lets see what Version 8 will bring, until then try to stay safe in your locked rooms and dont trust anyone.

If that is true then my friends furni should also be retrieved, ZonkaNET took their furni because they thought they were cool and I even asked a MOD to track em and guess what, they lied and said they can't!

it dosent matter about furnin i "quit furni" no more furni for me...no more being scared im gettin hacked...no more aggrivation if i did a "bad trade"...no more spending fortunes on stupid pixel furni that gets hacked and scammed...no more for me and im not fallin into there trap b/c once u believe the habbo staff is perfect and habbo rocks then ur just gonna spend so much money on it...just play with ur frnds on habbo and ull be fine... who needs furni?? furni is nothing its worthless pixel gosh lke on the sims or something u NEED a fridge to eat on habbo all u do with a fridge is spend money on it, get it hacked and mean while all it does is "look cool" gosh there is no retturn items on habbo once its gone its gone and if ur name is not BUDY then ur definetly not getting it back habbo dosent want u to have it back cuz wat do they care? they WANT it hacked so u just replace it

Doing Competitions, Makeing new rares, trying to come up with a better v. of Habbo so that hackers cant demolish, and updating the newsie that most of us read. You should be grateful for theyre service and if you dont like it then i suggest you dont come on habbo untill you truly realise how much you miss habbo.

Actually it is the staff's fault because it was one of them that got logged so people got into housekeeping...

By reading that post I can tell you are'nt really aware of the more serious and techincal issues affecting the users. People have a right to complain and users are customers and should be treated like them instead of freeloaders. This is 100% the staffs fault because of the neglect of security measures and the emotional impact on users when they feel they have been "Owned". Habbo needs to take responsibilty and apologize to the users affected and provide them with the resolution and information of what transpired. Acknowledgement and an explanation is what most users want to hear from staff. At this point people can only speculate on the events that unfolded but it is Habbo staffs responsibility to advise their customers of this breach of security and to explain to them how and why someone else had access to their personal account.
