Item 1 - Vanilla Icm

Habbox Value - 2.0 cs

2.0 cs - Seen Twice
25 Creds - Seen Twice

I Found this rare quite hard to sell for its value of 2.0 cs, but i managed it. I think a value of about 1.75 is about right for this rare.






Item 2 - Deluxe Theatre Chair

Habox Value - 5.0 cs

6.0 cs - Seen 3 Times
5.5 - Seen Twice
5.0 - Seen 4 Times

I have seen a few of these due to a good friend collecting about 180 of them. I have bought a few of them for him and passed them on. I think a value of atleast 5.5 cs is about right, with it probably rising in the future.






Item 3 - Peppermint Ice Cream Maker

Habbox Value - 3.5 cs

3.5 - Seen Once
3.25 - Seen Once
3.0 - Seen Twice

I Think this rare is probably going to decrease in value quite soon. It is becoming harder to sell for its value. I think a value of 3.25 is about right atm.
