Might as well do a report in here lol, done one everywhere else :P


The Red Gothic Fountain

6.0 - Seen 3 Times
5.0 - Seen 7 Times

Well People have been busy trading this item, especially now during this Habboween season. Two the 6.0's mentioned are my trades and also 2 of the 5.o trades are mine as well, i was able to easily find for 5hc, but it was a bit of a challenge to sell at 6hc per. There is still demand for this item, but i do not believe this item will rise much in the next month.

I think this rare should rise slightly just because it is getting harder to find as there are some habbos that are buying them up.

The Jade Dragon

3.0 - Seen Thrice
3.5 - Seen Twice
2.5 - Seen Twice

This rare seems reasonably Stable at the current time, It seems the Jade Dragon's demand is thehardest to determine, as it is always in a state of flux (up and down), As you can see from the trades reported there are those that sell both above and below the habbox price of 3.0 so..

I believe it is wise to keep the Jade dragons value at 3.0 due to the demand being unable to determine


The Fairy Mushroom

12.0 - Seen Twice
15.0 - Seen Once
10.0 - Seen Twice

This ecotron Rare is slowly regaining the demand and popularity it once had (before it was re-released). It was pretty easy to sell these rares for over habbox values (even Mr-Trainor bought 1 off me for 12hc :P). Even thought they are still in the catalogue as i speak/type w/e there popularity still rises, as there still aren't many up for grabs so...

I believe this rare should increase to about 11hc as there are still people that pay 10hc for theres but also some who pay more :)
