its by eboy german pixel art designers, who do isometrics so thats why it looks habboish, i don't think they've ever worked with sulake though, but they've worked with coca cola and stuff ^^ and thyflux i feel sorry for you to :(

nah, i don't think the 2 eboy ones are on sale anymore, but its places like river island that would sell them, i know some shops in london specialise in it but i don't think either are being produced anymore.
