yeah I took out GAP insurance too for an extra 1k
basically i still have 2 years to write it off and if i do, i get the full value i paid for it back

get a quote, just put in false details like say if you're 16 then say you're 17. :)

It depends on how big the engine and if it's modified or not. A 1.0 should be cheaper to insure. I'd go with whoever said £700.

If you get it named under your parents insurance - ith you 'very rarely' driving it, it will be much cheaper ;)
