Possible to play my PS3 on iMac?

Is it possible to connect a PS3 to an iMac 24" display? From the research I've done, I have had mixed results. I know the 27" can do it with no problems but I have the 24". :/ This 24" kinda hurts my eyes if I'm on for too long so I'm not really that bothered at all about not realizing there was a 27". From what I have found, tv things can also make it possible to play PS3's on the iMac but I know nothing about that. All help is appreciated, will +rep when my caution expires. :P

You'd be better off not bothering using the USB/FireWire TV methods, they have crap picture quality on external sources and I'm sure there isn't an input on iMacs?

Not on the 20 and 24 inch models, unfortunately.
