iFrame Problem!

Well im currently making a resource site as you can tell by my signature. But im having a problem with iFrame, this is what is happening :(

I need the iFrame to expand. So i can fit the whole of the content in it, if you get my drift.

Go on dynamic drive, type expanding iframe

My mate helped me fix it, i didnt have it on 100%.

Ok, I did too but then when I asked for help somebody said the same to me so I tried it out and its 100% easier.
