I need help with my mums laptop, She tried downloading windows updates.
But the updates are 3 out of 3 and nothing happens, the pc just restarts itsself and goes back onto installing updates

can anyone help

Which updates were you installing?

Were you installing Service Pack 2? Cos that can restart often during its update process.
