All those who are wondering, due to volume, MW2 is being prepared early and held until the weekend. They are planned to get to you for release date

They arent actually sending them until the weekend, dont get your hopes up.
This happened with my copy of WaW, They dispatched it like 5 days before launch and it ended up coming on launch ;/

There is no post on a Sunday, thus the earliest you will get it is Monday. You wont get it Friday, that's 4 days before release and it's breaking retail law.
GAME have to be careful when they send it as if they break the retail street date law which is something like selling 2+ days before release they get a fine.

It may say 'Dispatched' but how can you be for sure? Unless you have a tracking number then you've no way of knowing for certain it's on the way.

If it has been dispatched to the courier, the sender (in this case game) can request to have the delivery put on hold until the day when it is legally allowed to be delivered.

I remember this happening with something else, where DHL held the order until delivery was allowed by the sender.
