Well i came up with an idea to make an habbox psp website for the european launch september 1st it would be a good idea for habbo lovers that want quick news on whats happening on habbo. As the psp can only take html and jpeg and gif pictures. It would be good if anyone has a local libaray or on areoplanes using wireless hotspots. It just a suggestion but im already testing sites perfectly built for the psp. Maybe a mini news link

It depends how they can code it for specific use. Palmtops have browsers like OPERA which only read sites made for palmtop browsing. Same with WAP.

It would be complicated, but please remember that all the technology for PSP will be available when its released.

Give it some time, but good idea.

can be done with css, u just need to set css for the modes, hand held, screen and print. that way the page will display in a way to best appear on wich ever views it "/ also a php bit could be implimnted to test for sepeal;ist browsing types and redirect to a speal page for them "/

We would need someone with a PSP to be a beta tester.

could also do it for wap enabled members just like habbodown have http://www.habbodown.com/mobile.php

This would involve a large amount of programming etc, however this may crop up in the future.

Erm people its not a big challenge. Playstation portable can support any script. PHP, Java, html etc all you need to do is be able to make custom images for the screen size and thats it! psp can use its web browser to read cutenews scripts and such. well also imagine a habbo addict wanting to see the latest info on habbo or downloading backgrounds for the psp that are habbo related. Or perhaps just downloading a latest habbo news report or radio show in podcastings. I dont mind getting to work straight away on the webbie.

It is possible view any site you like, it's just rediculously difficult to view sites that have images optimised for larger monitors, that's all. There are some sites which have a version suitable for viewing on those applications, e.g. Google.co.uk/pda, which is what we're talking about.

:s All it is is a more compact and less graphically rich version of the site, e.g. http://www.google.co.uk/pda

Not to be negative or mean, but do you really need to look up habbox on your psp when your on the go? I know it is hard to believe, but there is a life outside of habbo(x) and your own computer for that matter.

Just stating my Opinion,

I do know this topic is a little old.

Well if you go on holiday/vacation, why would you need to take a psp in the first place? Isn't the whole purpose of holiday/vacation to relax and talk with family and friends? Habbox has a lot of staff, if an admin leaves for a couple of days, wouldn't they expect the other staff to hold the fort until they get back?
