They're STIs now. Bleeding from the vagina can mean a number of things, is she in pain or no?

It could be caused by injury to the vaginal wall. It could be suggestive of STIs such as gonorrhoea and chlamydia. If she has polyps on the vaginal wall (very common) this can also result in bleeding after sex.

I would suggest a visit to the doctor, it's the only way one will determine the cause.

Is she on some sort of hormone based contraceptive? They can mess up your periods, my ex was on for like 6 weeks because she reacted badly to the implant

Could do it, it has hormones in it that are MEANT to mess up your body in a good way but it can really cause hassle with periods
