I don't remember them doing it for Vista although I wasn't really at the right age to be able to claim for it anyway. Many people already know about this offer due to it being posted a few times a couple of weeks before 22nd October and on the actual day. But if anyone is thinking about upgrading to Windows 7, do it. It's a vast improvement from XP and Vista.
