My xbox just froze and made a quick beep noise at of my tv, did it again was on for a few secs the same thing happened. Scared of putting it on again just incase i get the RROD, do you think it might be because of my xbox overheating or what?

(Typical, day before Modern Warfare 2 comes out).

Chances are, yeah sad times, it's reached the end of the road. If you send it away you should get it back under 2 weeks.

Only thing is that i've had it since 2006 so my warranty as ran out, luckily there is 3 xbox 360 repair shops next to my house, so ill send it there. Would you say it will take a few hours - a day to fix?
