Summary and essay don't rhyme -rep Sammeth for the poem :@
Otherwise it's pretty good, covers a lot and it's nice too see comps having gotten up on their feet :P nice work everyone (except Sam obv)

I do think it'd be better in a Habbohut style format loyk, yknow how theyve done their magazine, cuz a little website doesnt look like a newsletter, just looks like... a little website really.
LOL @ Sam's poem. I think it's looking pretty good. Quite large for a newsletter and as Pyroka pointed out, bit like a website but it's pretty darn good on the whole. Nice work :)!
I managed to find all 5 but I think the one everyone is finding the hardest was the one I found second.

I think it's too long. Honestly; I'd only be prepared to read about half the content.
Oh well, each to their own.

Oh well, each to their own.I have to agree with that, it's enormous. I can't actually knock the content though, infrequent and the others have clearly put a lot of time into this and it's paid off (Well done btw). I know loads of stuff can entertain more people but I'm definite there is a bit too much, it'd take a good 30 minutes to read it all. I'd think about 10 articles max.
I like the news letter, but I think there is FAR too much content, I mean I think it will be hell to update.
But yeah very pleased it, good luck.
there's way too much. i read the title of each section and was bored soon after. sorry :(
BUTTT... i found the five differences

I just found the 5 differences in about 2 mins, should have looked sooner!!! :P I wouldn't say there's too much content but perhaps a different layout could improve it. Rather than a long narrow content area, why not use up the whole width of the page and maybe use panels to space different sections around, (sort of like a comic strip/newspaper). I think this would look really attractive :).

thut up summary and essay rhyme like tom and ya mom.
Yeah I think it's a tad too long myself too. Maybe thats something to build on for next time, but very good effort put in. Nice job guys.

So for next time, less content and potentially a new format!
Any other suggestions?

Alot of it is repeated content from the website (Rare Watch etc) as far as I can make out (I'll admit to getting bored less than halfway, it's too long and feels like i'm on the site).
The album review is good, hopefully we'll see some better albums there. The layout does need some tweaking, to make it seem a little less to take in (example being the competitions where each competition takes up about 7 lines?!). I also think the images for each section are too big, which again makes it look even bigger.
Other than that, well done, it must have taken an age!

maybe do like drop down content box's
so like if someone knows they have no interest in rare values they won't click to expand the section about rare valuez
just a suggestion
