Hello Everyone,

I've lately been working on a new website, an upload website, called Uploadir (http://www.uploadir.com/). This website aims to keep file uploading simple but also allow advance functionality such as managing files and directories, resizing images, thumbnails, short urls, and many other things in the future based on the community's reception. Now I'm sure everyone has got their favourite upload site so why use Uploadir (http://www.uploadir.com/)? Especially considering it only supports images, our reason is so that you can suggest ideas for us to develop it into file uploading you'll want to use.

Suggestions
If you've got a suggestion please post it in reply to the thread and if it's popular we'll implement it. It doesn't have to be a new feature suggestion, but also something you don't like about existing websites that you don't want to see on Uploadir (http://www.uploadir.com/).

Design
Now I'm sure you're aware the design isn't much to look at, and it's not perminent so don't worry, within the next week or so it'll have a completely revamped design courtesy of Jack Innes.

File extensions
Currently only common image formats; bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif and tiff.

File size
Currently we only support 5 megabytes, but soon to be increased.

Note
As this is only a beta please be aware that after the BETA is over there may be a chance of all the files being destroyed as a result of restructuring, but don't let this stop you from using Uploadir!

We look forward to seeing you over at Uploadir (http://www.uploadir.com)!

The website will not load..

It doesn't matter if it is being restructured.. you should always keep your user's images.. the system can change around the images.. but not the images around the system.

I learned that the hard way ;)

Agreed with that tbh. Why would any sane person use it to host their images if theres a chance they could get deleted.
