I don't think LadyGaGa does as Red One and her produce it... He's pretty original, creative and unique.
If the background would be sampled, sure people would have noticed as the song is out for long time and she's quite a big star.

BUT, Alejandro now has a new version... There were some changes to the old one and the new one is the final one because it has been on sale on iTunes (not anymore, somehow).
