Hi, i have some complaints i wish to air, and would love to know if you have had the same problems.
Recently i was permantly banned from habbo uk on one of my oldest accounts for scripting, i have never scripted or intended to, i went into one of my friends casino and said that someone i knew was dice rigging and made up a fake name for a dice rigger, somthing like dice rigger 9.0 V12 or somthing along those lines now i had just been betting thrones so i had like 23T in my hand at the time as well as other supers from my safe account and now find im permantly banned i have appealed this ban yet it has been 2 weeks and no reply, so after on week i phone habbo UK offices and no reply for the first 4 times i phone, i finally get through and they dont care telling me they are understaffed to which i replyed well to be honest i have used your help tool which they advised me to use and it has been a week with no-reply, the woman on the phone said please wait longer and cuts me off. Anyone else think thats rude??

ARG ITS SO DEPRESSING HEARING THIS.
0rca is behind 3 weeks, and I got banned for 'Creating a guest room with a gambling theme is not permitted.' Obviously a stupid reason, but it's still going to be 3 weeks till I'm unbanned. I WAS going to call, but I'm not going to waste $10 if they're going to just cut me off like that. :(
i kno its lame! i phone up and they wont talk to me i used the habbo help tool and still no reply for 2 weeks its like well tbh sort your lives out.

yep it took them 4 weeks to comfirm an account was mine (only 3 messeges from them, I sent 6!)

Rude yes, I know nothing really to do with your post, but when I wanted my Pay Day Plus subscription cancelled, I sent 2 E-mails telling them to Cancel it please and they ignored both. So on the third one I told them I would cancel it via the bank, and they sent one back then telling me it has now been cancelled. Im sure she was trying to make it go another month because she gave me a month of HC free, as I complained about a mistake on the Credits page.

their excuse for the habbo help tool being slow on reply is them being under staffed, well tbh put it on the god damn website for godsake! stupid rude woman, it took me about 20 times to get through to habbo CS and then they tell me there is nothing they can do and to use the help tool then cut me off well they will regret that! i will be contacting sulake not habbo but Sulake about this!

contact Sulake all you like, they will just tell you to use the habbo help tool for your local service.
The truth of the matter is that a replacement of ludus has not yet been found and no one suitable came out of the applications recently put up on the sulake website.
So think about it, 0rca has to deal with thousands of emails per day from habbos complaining about things, mostly being stupid little brats whining and moaning about pathetic things. If that was you, you'd be getting very angry and wouldn't want others phoning up and complaining about the service, especially because it isn't 0rca's fault, she's doing her best.
Now i'm not defending Sulake because it is there job to find a replacement, and quickly because if they carry on like this, 0rca is just getting further and further behind, they will lose users which they could gain from the upcoming BBC Radio 1 joint campaign.
My only advice to you is wait, if 0rca looks at your email and you've been polite and friendly and not bombarded her with endless emails and phone calls, she's going to be much more likely to give you another chance and unban you.

You need to call and call until they answer, always been like that (usually 5 rings does the trick, 10 mins appart)
and if your using the help tool you MUST reply to the auto email you get from the help tool or they wont get it.
what automatic email i never got one.

tbh i think its outragous that i got banned, been on habbo since 2004 and never once been banned at all never and now i get permed for scripting when i didnt! LAME

They almost can't have any proof on scripting. But some noob eSouth was ticking me off, so I made him say he was rigging, and he got permed for scripting and third party tools ^_^
Oh well nothing major people get banned everyday, but because you Advertised a fake dice rigger habbo wont know if its real or not and they might think your trying to scam ect.
They permed one of my accounts the other week, They took the mick tbh because they shockwave banned me or whatever lucky i knew how to change it so i could go on other accounts.
Phone Habbo again the other day told them that waiting a month for a reply from the help tool was unacceptable and that they need to sort it out and now they are currently reviewing my case!

Sulakes fault that they havnt hired somebody quickly.

i have a solution! habbo should unban everyone and be less effing harsh on banning people and have like 6 months bans instead of perms. then 0rca won't be so jammed up :) kfnx.

agreed with this.
in 2007 they unbanned all banned account so i got my account with 63T on it back which now has been permed for joking around saying Dice Rigger 9 and then saying jokes and then losing bet of 2T so yeah *** and mod's are waste of space!

0rca must be very snowed under now that Ludus isn't Player Support. I bet she's very stressed atm, so cut her some slack. :P

Usually you send something to the help tool and it'll give you an auto email of the FAQ based on what's written in your query.
Then it says at the bottom something like 'if this doesn't answer your question then please reply to this email'
if your on hotmail, it might not come through.
