So my NAT type is strict, so I'm unable to play online on xbox live.

ive researched it and it looks a bit confusing, so can someone clear it up on how i can set my NAT type to moderate or open so I can play online? thanks

It will be in your router configuration page. If you know how to get to that?

This guide explains it quite well and although the guide is for Belkin routers, with a bit of know how it can be used on all routers.

well.. it says my NAT is still strict.
i also cannot search for matches.. always say none good ones found.
however, if i join a session from someone on my friends list its lets me? :S

You need to follow the instructions in the link given and port forward ports udp 88, udp 3074 and TCP 3074 to your xbox using the games & application sharing.

The other night I could find no matches but after 2 attempts it would start it's own lobby with people joining me. I just kept going in and out to get the map I wanted as it always played that first :D.
