So VIP at Christmas..

I was wondering that I know Jin has said about VIP will HOPEFULLY be sold at xmas via SMS.

Now I was thinking if we do succeed in this, would it be possible to sell VIP+ via SMS too?

Not only would this be useful for many users (including myself), but I have a feeling (like many others) this will be one of the biggest Xmas donations habbox has ever made.

Now taking this into account, surely the donation could be maximised if SMS users could donate for VIP+ too?

I wouldn't get your hopes up. VIP was abolished because fansite rules stated that fansites aren't allowed to charge for services like this, so I highly doubt that Christmas VIP (or infact any type of vip) will be sold. :)

I believe VIP can be sold during Christmas time if all the money made from it is sent to a charity or charities. That is the only way we can sell VIP.

Jin is trying his very best to set up VIP via SMS for Christmas, as we are aware it will help us maximise sales and mean we can donate even more to the chosen charities. However it is proving difficult, so only time will tell.

I retract my previous statement. I have had a play with a companies API and have a beta system already running on the forum which will handle user payments. I have a meeting set for Wednesday just to confirm that their service is perfect for us.

After completing this you will be forwarded back to habboxforum.com's gateway where you can define if your buying it for an alternative user and what charity(or colour for donators) you are buying for.
