How to get subscribers on youtube

Can anyone give me any tips on how to get some subscribers, I've made popular videos, with good ratings, and lots of views, but no subscribers, help!

To get subscribers just make new vids which are good on a regular basis

Yes, thats it really. You have to make quality, entertaining videos like once every week or something.

You need to find something which you're good at and that you can continue to make content on for a long time. Some people are good at humour, some teaching DIY. People doing tuts on how to do basic pc tasks do not usually do so well though.

Another way is to make videos which target a certain audience or community and make sure that the first videos are good enough that everyone will get their mates to watch it. Like this on a couple of my videos I got up to 2000 views in the first week which is not a lot but its still plenty.

Tbh i'm gathering he's an 11yr old or younger kid who's using the internet for the very first time this year and is clueless. Evidence: "I post a lot in the online radios section" He has two posts there.

No that's a terrible idea. Be original, don't just rehash what already exists badly.

I'm pretty sure YouTube works best when you just happen to record something good, rather than sitting down and thinking of a good video to make which people will like. Most of the videos I've watched have been of spontaneous events anyway.

The only possible advice is to make regular videos that are always interesting and humorous. I still think if you have to work so hard to just think of an idea, then it's not going to be a very good YouTube video.

I wouldn't ask for people to subscribe all the time, it annoys them and does the opposite of encouraging them to subscribe.

If you get loads of subscriptions etc, you can be invited to be part of the 'Youtube Partnership Program"

This means you can have advertisements put on your videos and a 'Subscribe' thing above your information etc. You can basically make money through have subscribers :P

That's variety on YT. You're never going to get subscribers that matter - the sooner you realise that, the better.

Become a British equivilant of Remi Gaillard (http://www.youtube.com/user/nqtv). I watched virtually all of his videos (and he has loads) because they are the funniest videos on YouTube :P. He's French though, so you could be the British version (your videos will need to be as good or better than his though). Good luck :).
