12 items per hc, 70 items total (without sofas) = 5.8 HC
4 sofas per hc (0.25 per) so thats 4.75 hc, so either 10hc and credits? or pick more to make 11 hc.

27 bonsais is all i have so none of them, 11 fruit trees for a hc?
