I personally have found myself with a little free time lately, and I'm interesting in starting or joining a fansite with someone. I'm looking for something fresh, original, and modern.
I, myself think the process of which going through development in a website should be brought out very carefully and well planned out. I haven't found many sites who plan through development. A fansite shouldn't take 2 weeks to create, it should be a slow but productive process, so you can get everything right.
Some of my skills include:
Designing GFX (Banners, layouts, news headers, ect.)
Coding a simple maintenance page (I can't code a full layout, sorry!)
Adding scripts to a layout (Drop Down Nav, Iframes, ect.)
Coding and adding content. (I've got a folder of around 25 pages pre-made!)
Skinning a forum
Adding mods to a forum (shoutbox, badges, ect.)
Good Grammar
Organizing and keeping things in order.
Managing

Although theirs one disadvantage of me, I cannot fund the website, sadly. Hopefully I can join your project or start one with you. I'm looking for a project thats well planned out. I'd also love to design the layout for the website hence I shine in the area of GFX.
I have experience. I've owned around 5 fansites most of them have opened but never got far, and I'm guessing because it all wasn't planned out correctly. I feel if we do this we can go far with a fansite and I'm willing to give it a shot. I've been a moderator, content manager, and graphics manager at offical fansite HabbCrazy. I've also had numerous jobs at various fansites.
Preferably, I'm looking for something as a Owner/Founder. I'm not looking to join a project with 3 or more owners. I'd like it to be only 2 owners, or 1 owner and a site manager. Apologizes if I sound picky! http://www.clubhabboforum.net/images/smilies/001_tongue.gif
