With all the promotions within the office! Little 0rca has been swamped all alone, So sulake have recruited 3 more Player Support staffer’s keep an eye out for them, Something tells me emails will be read daily!:P

Doubt it'll be daily, they've had that many playersupport staff before and it still takes 3 working days.

Oh gawd, more staff. However many times they get more staff nothing seems to change.

Indeed, But these new staff will be working within player support/asnwering emails. . So im hopeing it's daily It would be a shame to recruit 3 new members and to then still wait 3 working days for a reply. . But we shall see!

When Orca was alone e-mails were answered very slowly, in some cases upto 3 or 4 weeks.

With 3 player support it will take 2-3 days.

I believe the backlog is about 10,000 e-mails so it will be slower atm :)

Well ludus used to reply daily ... but he was on Habbo alot, he logs in at 2/3 in the morning.

Having 1 player support staff for the size of Habbo UK is disgusting tbh, thank god they've hired more.

It'll take a while before HHT inquiries are replied to quickly as there's a three-week backlog to clear.

3 week? I sent mine over a month ago and still no reply...
