A teenager Washington dc is arrested for stealing $3400 worth of virtuial furniture in habbo USA. I saw it on local news. This resembles when those dutch teenagers were arrested for using brute force to steal virtual habbo uk furni and they were Dutch.

I think they do it by like values of items then like: HC = 13c (1c = 10p) x 10p = £1.30.
I think they look at each credit as if you brought it etc

But still, how do they value rares and supers? A HC would be 20c because that's how much Habbo Club is. They would have to make up values for supers :/
Unless they just value the account based on how much money the user has spent on it, regardless of how much furni it has.

Im sure habbo logs every trade which is done so they would find the average of what its been traded by i would think anyway.

I won't argue about whether or not that is possible because I don't know how much truth there is in this trade log idea, but based on their policy of 'if you allow your personal details to be acquired, there is nothing they can do once you are hacked', I can't see why they would bother wasting all that time doing this. If they were going to reimburse the people who have been hacked, it wouldn't make a difference to Habbo to just give out a few dozen supers relative to how long they've been playing and save a lot of time.
