It updates on the refresh not in real time. If its 2 mins slow, then its because you have been sitting on the page for 2 mins.

But yea, as Jin said, it doesn't update like your clock does on your task bar, it updates as you refresh the page/post a new thread/post.

It's fine. And I think it takes the server time.
