I can't decide what I want for Christmas.

Something technological.

Sorry if this is the wrong section.

Any Ideas?

How are we supposed to know what you want for christmas that is "technological"?

Technological isn't particularly helpful? A budget etc is also needed. Infact this thread is rather ridiculous in general.

Perhaps your computer is getting a bit slow or old? If so, replace it if it's within your budget?

If you don't already have a laptop, would one be useful?

Do you have a games console in the current generation? If not, maybe a PS3, Xbox 360 or Wii?

Portable games console, there's always the Sony PSP, Nintendo DSs, iPod Touchs?

And of course there's iPods, maybe you've filled your current one up or want more features? They're forever changing

Phones? Great range of smartphones have come out in the past year, well worth upgrading if you still have a traditional mobile phone.

TV? Maybe you want HD or something bigger? Possibly a blu-ray player to watch movies in HD?

There's some rather simple suggestions for you. If you post "I want a games console, what's the best one?", I'm sure people will be happy to give you pros and cons of each of them. Or if you posted "What's the best laptop I can get for £500?" people would help.

You didn't even acknowledge the guy above you, Bitritxz.

I agree with the above... give some more detail, ie budget, etc...

Just get you're dad to get you something simple, don't be a ****** and assume Christmas is time for you're parents too splash on you, because you're the cash-strapped pillock who'll probably buy him some unneeded gel.

Sorry Bitrix however I think this thread is rather insulting.

You are basically making out, 'Oh look it's Christmas, why don't I ask for something that will make me look cool.'

You are asking for soemthing, which clearly you do not even desire to have.

That is selfish.

Where'd you get that idea from, all I can see is he asked for something techie, but never stated the price range :S He never made a mention of showing off at all?

Ah well, let's use this thread to discuss possible Christmas presents of the tech kind :P No point letting a thread go to waste :)

Because I think it is plain selfish to askfor a 'technological present', when you don't even have any sort of need for it.

It's plain ridiculous.

Well, tell us what you DON'T want first, what you might like, and a budget, and that might give us a small hint perhaps?...

Plus, I did kind of post earlier..... :s

Right,

Is your computer doing you well, does it need upgrades or maybe a brand new one?
Do you want/need a new mobile phone?
Maybe one of them new iPods?
