Habbo Twilight New Moon Badges ?

Well its been a while since the actual quests where people are awarded Level 1 Badges for going through the seven rooms. Still no badges. Plus 3 Days since the Alteration Competition badges were to be given out, still not showed up anyone any ideas ?
