http://www.ebuyer.com/product/176488 + an o/s and a gfx card if you need it (maybe http://www.ebuyer.com/product/152940 which i hear will work fine without upgradeing the gpu)
Computers are pretty cheap these days and keeping compatible with outdated stuff (less stocks = more price) can often cost more than just starting from scratch. DDR1 ram = slow

What game is that? The game shouldn't depend on a certain make of video card :eusa_thin

Aha, that doesn't mean it needs an Nvidia card, thats just a "go by" thing. ATI will work fine

the ATI i suggested, comes under the better video card part - quite alot better in fact geforce 6 is olde. A 9600 may be ok though if you'd prefer to stick to nvida, its not much more expencive: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/17533
Thought i cant say whether or not you'll be able to run it without upgradeing the psu "/

Windows 7 is £30 as long as you have a valid .sch.uk or .ac.uk email address, go for that :)
