Hey, Ive recently been doing some CAD in tech at school. I decided to get the program and do some designs at home. I'd like to know your opinions on 2 i've done. I actually have done many more, but there all at school. Ill try get copys on Monday.

The Car:

This one turned out really well; the only annoying thing about it was that the grills took way to long and were really boring. Please rate it /10.

SpiderMan:

This one was actually really hard; I couldn't work out where all of his lines went and without the texture i'm not sure it looks right. I'm going to admit; not my best of work. Please rate /10!

Thanks guys. Im thinking of selling custom designs for like £1-5. Not sure if it would actually get anywhere though. If you want one then add me on MSN, [email protected] or PM me (not on forum much though). +Rep for major help.

This one turned out really well! Lettering could be a bit better I think though. Rate /10. Will do more sports badges later.

Is it 3d or 2d? Looking at it looks like 2d perspective, sort of thing you could do in illustrator (I think, never used it).

Depending on what CAD program you used, I couldnt really say if it was good or not. Anyone can create random stuff in these new easy-to-use programs (Take Google's for example).

Thanks! +Rep. :)

I might do, it all depends on the image; I'm given one and then I copy it.

we use 2d design (for 2d duh) and SolidWorks (for 3d works) at school they are both very easy pieces of software, but I know the commercial license for SolidWorks is £2210 per cpu!
