Upgrade disk should have setup1.box setup2.box and w7.exe file if im right (i downloaded off MS site so idk), but you can make it an ISO;

Just burn it to disk using Disk Utils on your Mac then use it to install Windows, if it won't let you clean install with the key, install a lower version of Windows 7 on there without a key, then use the disc again to upgrade Windows 7 to your proper version using your key.

You just have to make an ISO out of it and burn it.
HERE. (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=make+an+iso+image+and+burn+it+on+mac)
The "UPGRADE" disc is EXACTLY the same as a clean install disc, as are Windows 7 Starter and Windows 7 Ultimate discs.
