Right what actually happened that night when she died and wat is going to happen to zoey.. was it lydia who actually killed her?

Lydia cut the parachute underneath the nametag 'Zoe' however in the morning all the parachutes were in a pile and there was no way of telling which one was cut, obviously Lydia who knew was crapping herself, then they all pulled their strings and... sarah died
