Yeh just rung up to enquire about something and i must say shes the most polite person there! Very understanding and actually listens to you when you speak!!

She also said she will be looking into :DJ-Small: 's ban becuase as she agreed it was not needed :D

Although 1 very worrying thing, when i said my account name, she went, and you also use the account "Titch" on habboxforum.com, maby she uses habbox?

She also mentioned there is a 5 day backlog of help requests that she is dealing with.

Yeah they look at what's going on here on HabboxForum, but it's a bit weird how she automatically knew what your forum name was... I didn't realise they kept a record like that. It's a bit dodgy though because that suggests they could use what you say on the forum to ban you on Habbo even though you can't be certain it really is the same person. Not to mention what happens off Habbo is nothing to do with Habbo :S.

Well quiet a few staff have spoken to me on habbo about comments i have made about them on here so i assume they keep a record for certain troublesome users?

..and yeah wouldn't they keep record of bad things said as bullying could occur on here and relate to Habbo..
