I enabled something (I don't remember how, it was ages ago) that meant that whenever my cursor hovered over an open window, it selects said window, and greys out the other window until I hover back over that one. (It's tricky to explain.)
I can't find a way to disable this. I've tried Tweak UI, Control Panel, and I can't remember how to disable this. +REP and cookies to whoever can help me fix this
